Pros - genuinely hydrates and moisturises
Cons - it's the not the cheapest lip balm in the world. It's also not the most expensive
Who's it for? - if you don't use a lot of make-up then his can be your lip treat. Its genuinely lovely and does what it's supposed to. I also love it when I have rubbed off my lipstick a bit but have traces of colour left over, it blends it all out beautifully.
