Epoch Glacial Mud Mask

If you are a member of my Facebook group you may have seen me raving about, and wearing, this new mask that I've been trying. Now in the interests of transparency I am selling this mask. However, I also hope you know that that means I really love it. Otherwise I wouldn't bother selling it. So why do I like it so much?

Masks are everywhere, sheet masks, peel masks, charcoal masks, dry masks. There are so many to choose from some cheaper than a cup of coffee some more expensive than your favourite lipstick. How do you choose? I feel like I want so many different things from a mask I have no idea where to start. I want hydration, I want cleanliness, I want to be able to do stuff without looking like a 90s serial killer. The Epoch Glacial Mud Mask ticks all those boxes. But there's more.

The marine mud is ethically sourced from British Columbia and works on your face but is also great on the body where you have stretch marks and I'm going to try it on my keratosis pilaris. It contains loads of skin conditioning minerals including zinc, silver, copper and magnesium. Money from every sale of an Epoch product goes to the Force for Good Foundation - a non-profit organisation dedicated to making life better for children in indigenous cultures and protecting fragile environments.

It extracts impurities, helps slew off dead skin cells, and absorbs excess oil without making the skin overcompensate. All without irritating my sensitive skin. It feels softer after use and looks really healthy making this great to use as a treat in the evening or before make-up. And it's easy to apply and remove.

Use two to three times a week (or less if you'd rather), apply to your skin, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then remove with warm water (I use a flannel but you can you your hands or cotton pads).
