Morning Cleansers

The move to our new bathroom made me realise that I probably have a bit too much skincare. I tried to rationalise it but really I like to use products depending on what I feel my skin needs at the time. I love cleansers and sort of feel like I could never have too many. Here's a look at my current favourite cleansers to use in the morning and a little bit on why I like them. My skin type is combination normal/dry/dehydrated. It's in fairly good nick at the moment as I've been testing lots of lovely oils and serums. Still not drinking enough water though.

Favourite morning cleansers

Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser
Really lovely as a gentle exfoliating cleanser. Has never irritated my skin even when it's been feeling sensitive and just nice to have something effective that doesn't make me a tomato. I haven't tried the other cleansers from Tata Harper but I want to based on this. Read my original review here.

Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip
Tata Harper Regenerating CleanserThis one would be great on oily skin. I love it as its very calm for my skin so it's great if I've been going OTT with the retinol or want to go OTT with the AHA's. It's also my go-to if I have a breakout.

Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser
The newest member in my morning line-up. I feel this gives my skin a good wake-up and though it does cause some tightness around my chin area I make sure I use a good serum and moisturiser after it. This may not be suitable if you have very dry skin and would probably be lovely on oily skin.

Emma Hardie Amazing Face Cleansing Balm
It feels like cheating putting this on here because I will use this at anytime of day, first cleanse, second cleanse, middle of the day cleanse! You can read my full review here.

Ceramic Slip CleanserLush Ultrabland
Another one that's in here as a multi-tasker. If I have sensitive skin or I'm going away for the weekend this is a cleanser I always use. I will use it morning or evening but I can't get excited about it. It's not an exciting cleanser. But it does the job, doesn't irritate, is in great packaging that doesn't leak, is light to carry. I can't fault it. And, being Lush, it's cruelty free. Read my full review here.
