Urban Decay All Nighter Long Lasting Makeup Setting Spray

Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting SprayYou all know how I'm a bit 'meh' about setting sprays. They do sometimes work but most make-up is pretty long lasting nowadays and frankly I'm happy to look a bit worn in and then take it all off asap as soon as I get home. I'm not out partying that much at the moment. I was sent this to try however, and try it I did and was very pleasantly surprised.

Now I don't want to sound completely bonkers but this actually worked. I managed to conincide testing it with a bit of a heatwave in the UK (don't worry it's rained all day so normalty is restored) and my make-up stayed on my face. It not only stayed on but looked really fresh and nice. I sort of became addicted to using it because it was such a novelty even though frankly my kids don't care what my face looks like and my husband is avoiding me as much as possible because I have late-stage-pregnancy rage.

It sprays nicely - some of them squirty in one place (MAC Fix + can does this sometimes and it drives me mad). And seemed to stop make-up settling into the skin. They even suggest that you can use it on a brush and apply your eye shadow with it for increased longevity. Making me thing you can spritz this on before make-up application and it will help keep your make-up on all day. However, this hasn't go ingredients that are great for your skin so I'd rather keep it on top of make-up rather than directly onto my skin.

I have Model in a Bottle setting spray in my kit but next time that runs out I will replace it with this. It works just as well and the packaging and spray are much better.

A setting spray that actually works. Pretty revolutionary.
