Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil

Hourglass Brow Arch Sculpting PencilI'm not big on brow products. How very un-on-trend of me but I have some Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Whizz and MAC palette's in my kit and Maybelline Brow Drama for me and well, that's about it. A bit like the whole not wanting to be a member of any club who would have me if something in make-up is all the rage I kind of want to find something new. If you live in London and are on Instagram then you've probably seen enough terrible brows to last you a life time so I tend to go as natural as possible, only adding a little colour to fill in the gaps when I go out.

I am, however a complete convert to the Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil from Hourglass (they can do no wrong at the moment!). Lets just give a quick mention to the Hourglass packaging - it's the same for all their products, I really like it, chunky, classy not over the top. Big thumbs up. But this brow pencil has snuck in and just completely covered every necessity, every hair colour and cancelled out the need for us to ever see any scary sharpie brows ever again. All colours have an ashy undertone (which is what you need for natural looking brows) and the angle of the pencil and the powder/wax formula makes application incredibly easy and I love the size of the spoolie at the other end. Any brow pencil that comes without a spoolie isn't worth the time of day but this is a short fat one that is actually perfect for brows - much easier to use that the long thin ones from days of yore.

If you are a normal person wanting natural looking brows that you can just fling on easily while you are doing your make-up in the morning then this is really worth checking out. Maybe a bit pricey for a one trick pony but a really good product from a really great brand.
